Delete your Logzo account
Request permanent deletion of your courier account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below with the phone number registered in Logzo.
- We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
- You will no longer be able to sign in after deletion is completed.
Data we delete
- Account profile (name, phone number, registration photos)
- Device / push notification tokens
- Personal contact details stored on your courier profile
Data we may retain
- Operational delivery / trip records required for business, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes (these may be anonymized where possible)
- Records we must keep under applicable law for a limited retention period
